Thank you, Brody!! Twice Ive been attended by Brody at the drive through. I'm absolutely impressed with this young man and his superb customer service. He's so respectful. He gets the order right down to the smallest detail and he always follows through with letting the drivers know the status of their order. Ps. Spacious and decorated in a cute festive way for the holidays. They were very courteous and polite during the whole process of ordering and receiving my orders when I went inside. Ordered the fried chicken, tenders, and gizzards and it reminded me of the southern chain Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Biscuits, which I often went for the fried chicken. The prices are about what you expect although I did notice they have a few great deals in terms of coupons (that you get in flyers in the mail) if you want to save a bit of money. Got it as take-out and instead of calling my number, they actually walked to the table I was sitting at to hand me the order and said to have a nice and happy holidays. It was really nice experience. It's a bit of a drive but I'll be sure to go there again for my gizzards and chicken fix.

Brody provided exceptional service! We arrived and waited patiently to be served but no one acknowledged us. Brody came from the back from throwing the trashed, and went washed his hands then attended us. I had informed him we were waiting and that no one acknowledged us. He apologized and took our order. He was very friendly and courteous throughout the ordering and delivery of our food. Thank you Brody!! If you come by I hope that Brody serves you!
This review is approximately a week overdue but wanted to take the time to review as I had a remarkable experience with one of the Order Takers - Bryan. I am relatively new to Texas and hadn't had the opportunity to eat at Bush's Chicken previously. I had many questions and Bryan was exceptionally attentive and answered each question with such enthusiasm, professionalism and a SMILE! The friendly smile alone that he provided as he walked up to my window to take my order was refreshing. The Customer Service he provided was impeccable. He provided excellent recommendations. Additionally, I had questions about the Bush Sauce and he attempted to provide a description but suggested that he get a couple of samples so we could try. The Customer Service was outstanding and the food was fast, fresh, crispy and delicious in addition to being affordable. Thank you Bryan for making our experience unforgettable!!

Their chicken strips are nice and crispy and full of flavor. Great bang for the buck. Service was kinda slow but food was hot and fresh.
